We purchased 3 floating licenses. Subsequently purchased another 2 floating licenses. Our IT claims they can load one or the other, but not both. Suggestions?

Currently, we support importing single key files only. From what you described, we’d probably need to combine your keys into one. However, I am unable to find the customer record under your name. Perhaps it might be under another name? Could you please submit a sales request to our team along with your customer ID so that we can get more information and look into that for you?
