Update Bundled Doxygen to New Version

Instant Reverse in Visual Paradigm is a code‑to‑model reverse engineering feature that converts existing source code or compiled libraries into UML class models. Its purpose is to help developers understand, review, and document an existing codebase by turning real implementation details into visual diagrams. Visual Paradigm using Doxygen to perform instant code reverse engineering (Instant Reverse). You can upgrade the bundled Doxygen to newer version with the following procedures.

1. Download new version Doxygen from https://www.doxygen.nl/download.html.
2. Unzip the downloaded Doxygen package.
3. Copy the doxygen binary to Visual Paradigm installation directory.
   1. Windows
      1. Copy doxygen.exe and libclang.dll to %VP Installation directory%\bin\vp_windows
   2. Linux
      1. Copy doxygen to %VP Installation directory%\bin\vp_windows
      2. Grant execute permission to doxygen
   3. Mac
      1. Copy doexgen to VisualParadigm.app/Contents/Resources/app/bin/vp_windows
      2. Rename the file to mac_doxygen
      3. Grant execute permission to mac_doxygen
