Invite user to join your VP Online workspace

This article provide a step-by-step guide about how to invite member to join your VP Online workspace to perform team collaboration development.

Inviting user

1. Visit VP Online webpage, press Login button at the top right corner of the page and login your workspace.
   

   Login to your VP Online workspace

2. Once you logged in, click on your name at the top right corner of the page and select Administrator form popup menu.

3. Select Members.
   

   Select Members tab

4. Press Invite Member button.

5. Enter the name & email address of the member you would like to invite. You can invite multiple members at once.
   

   Enter name & email address of the member to invite them join the workspace

6. Press Send Invitation button to send out the invitation.
7. You can start assign the project to user even before he accept your invitation. Go to Projects menu.
   

   Select Projects tab

8. Mouse over the project and select Add Member.

9. Press the + button next to member to add it to project with both Read & Commit permission. Press Close button when finish adding member to project.

Joining the workspace

1. Once the member received invitation email he can click the link to open the activation page in browser.
   

   Click the link in invitation email to activate your account

2. If you are new user to VP Online then you will be prompted to specify your password. Otherwise it will simply accept the invitation without further action required.
   

   Accept invitation and specify password if needed

3. You will be prompted your activation is completed. Press the link to continue.
   

   Activation complete

4. Login to VP Online.
   

   Login to VP Online

5. Now you can access your projects from the top left corner of VP Online interface.
   

   Open project in VP Online
