How to stop the recurring payment of your Animated Explainer subscription

Visual Paradigm Animated Explainer is an online explainer video maker. It allow user to produce pro-graded animation videos in few clicks. Animated Explainer comes with two editions, the Free Edition and Pro Edition. The Pro Edition is a paid subscription service and in automatic recurring payment by default. You can stop the recurring payment directly from your VP Online workspace:

1. Login to Animated Explainer.
   

   Login to your Animated Explainer workspace

2. Click on your name at the top right corner and select Administration.

3. Select Members on the left.
   

   Select Members section

4. Mouse over your member entry and select Edit.
   

   Edit the member

5. Press Cancel recurring subscription at Explainer Edition.

6. Press OK to confirm the cancel of recurring subscription.

After that your subscription will end on the next bill date. Your account will show as expired license with capability same to Free Edition.
