WD0002 – File to open Web Diagram

This error means the VP Desktop Client fail to load the module for opening web based diagrams. For example, Inforgraphic, Process Map, Cloud Service Architecture diagrams, etc..

User Action

• For Linux user
  • Please try execute command sudo apt-get install libgconf-2-4, after that startup VP application.
• For MS Window user
  • please try delete %localappdata%\JxBrowser folder and startup VP application.
• For Mac user
  • Please try delete following folders and restart VP application. (The Library folder under user home is a hidden folder)
    • ~/Library/Application Support/VisualParadigm/browser-data*
    • ~/Library/Application Support/VisualParadigm/tmp
