LC0001 – Unable to connect to for activation

This error means Visual Paradigm Desktop unable to connect to Customer Service Center ( ) to perform software activation. This could be caused by your network require to use proxy server for access Internet, or the network having firewall blocking non-browser applications such as Visual Paradigm connect to Internet via HTTPS connection.

User Action

If your network require to use proxy server then you can press the Configure Proxy button in activation dialog and specify your organization’s proxy to let Visual Paradigm access to Internet. Otherwise you may need to contact your network administrator to whitelist * in the firewall.
