Find out the Type of Visual Paradigm License You Are Using

Visual Paradigm offers 3 types of license model – single seat license, floating license and subscription license (SaaS). Customers can pick the license model that best fit their usage when they purchase license.

Knowing the type of license is useful or sometimes essential. But as an end user you may not know the type of license you are using, just because you are not the one who place the order. This article will show you how to find out the type of license you are using.

For Sleek User Interface, you can find out which type of license you are using by going to Windows > License Manager from the toolbar. For Classic User Interface, you can find out which type of license you are using by going to Tools > License Manager… from the menu bar.

After opening the License Manager, if you are running the single seat license, then the License Manager will show it is a Perpetual License.

If you are running the floating license, then the License Manager will show it is a Floating License.

If you are running the subscription license (SaaS), then the License Manager will show it is a Subscription License.
