Unable to sign up to VP Online (with Kaspersky on your system)
If you experience the following problem when signup to VP Online..
This is caused by a problem in Kaspersky wrongly blocking some execution on VP Online site. To solve this problem you can either update your Kaspersky database, or tweak the setting on your Kaspersky as follow:
- Open your Kaspersky Console.
- Press the Setting button.
- Select Additional > Network.
- Uncheck Inject script into web traffic to interact with web pages, and press Continue when prompt.
After that the signup to VP Online should back to normal. You may revert the setting once the sign up is done.
