UX0025 – Fail to open Process Map, Story Map or Customer Journey Map

This error means the VP Desktop Client fail to load the module for opening Process Map, Story Map, or Customer Journey Map, etc..

User Action

For Linux user please try execute command sudo apt-get install libgconf-2-4, after that startup VP application.

For MS Window user please try delete %localappdata%\JxBrowser folder and startup VP application.
