To retrieve your VP Online login information:

  1. Go to Team > Utilities > Open Teamwork Client.
  2. Click Session > Logout.

  5. Click Next to view your VP Online login ID.

You can use this login ID to sign in to Visual Paradigm Online.

If VP Online Workspace ID Is Not Displayed

If step 4 does not show your VP Online Workspace ID, it means you’re not currently using VP Online as your repository. In that case:

  1. Go to Help > Switch Workspace.
  2. Create a new local workspace folder and allow the application to restart.
  3. After restarting, follow the steps in the “If you don’t have a VP Online account yet” section to sign up and link your account.
